Terms of sale

Sales are not open yet: they will be shortly. These terms are the ones that will apply from the first purchase.

What is on sale

The shop offers handouts in PDF and courses, in video or in person. There are no physical goods: nothing is shipped. What each product includes is described on its own page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro, VAT included. Payment takes place on the secure platform of the payment provider, which will be named here as soon as sales open, with a card or the other methods shown at checkout. We never see or keep your card details.

Delivery

Handouts and video courses: right after payment you receive an email with the link to download the file or to reach the course page. If the email does not arrive within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us.

Courses in person: after booking we write to you to agree the date, choosing among the ones available. Places are limited and are assigned in order of booking.

Right of withdrawal

For handouts and video courses, under article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or the viewing has begun, with your express consent given at the time of purchase. If the file is faulty or does not match its description, write to us: we replace it or refund you.

For courses in person you have 14 days from booking to withdraw and get a full refund, provided the course has not yet taken place. If you cannot come, tell us at least seven days beforehand and we move you to another date; if we are the ones to cancel, you get the whole amount back.

Applicable law

Italian law applies. For disputes with consumers the court of the consumer’s place of residence has jurisdiction. You can also turn to the European platform for online dispute resolution (ODR).
