Which data we process and why

Browsing data

The computer systems that keep the site running collect, in normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet (IP address, browser type, time of the request, page visited). It is used only to keep the site running and for anonymous traffic statistics, and it is kept by the hosting provider for the period required by law. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Data you give us voluntarily

If you write to us by email or through the contact form, we process the data you send us (name, email, content of the message) only in order to reply to you. We keep it for as long as it takes to deal with the request and in any case for no more than 24 months. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

The newsletter is not active yet. When it is, your email address will be processed by the provider of that service, which we will name here, only in order to send you our messages, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email. Legal basis: consent.

Purchases

Sales are not open yet. When they are, payment will take place on the platform of the payment provider, which we will name here and which processes the payment data as an independent controller under its own notice. We will receive only the data needed to deliver the handout or to enrol you on the course and to issue the tax document, kept for 10 years as tax law requires. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.

Cookies and advertising

The site uses technical cookies (necessary) and, only with your consent, third-party cookies for advertising (Google AdSense). You find the detail in the cookie policy, where you can also change your choice.

Who receives the data

The data may be processed by providers acting as data processors: the hosting provider that publishes the site and, when they are active, the newsletter service, the payment platform and Google for advertising. Some of these providers are based outside the European Union: in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or of adequacy decisions.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, for its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@ducaplet.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
